ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Natasha Whitman, an instructional designer and eLearning developer. I conduct needs analysis and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create interactive and engaging learning experiences that incorporate adult learning theory to help learners retain and apply valuable information to their jobs.
As a former educator and lifelong learner, I strive to help others succeed through meaningful learning design and the development of learning solutions that close learning gaps and result in performance and behavioral changes.
With my knowledge of instructional design theories such as ADDIE, SAM, and Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction, I create learning opportunities that meet learners where they are and engage them to fill in any knowledge or skill gaps. These learning opportunities are learner-centered and deliver measurable results. In developing these experiences, I get to tap into all of my expertise while doing what I love!
I would love to connect so that I can help you translate your goals into meaningful solutions.
